Meet Jack Sparrow... the pug
So, I saw this dog costume at Target tonight and HAD to have it. It is the cutest thing I have ever seen!!! Poor Jabba wasn't too thrilled to put it on, but of course that didn't stop me. Here are the pix:

BAH Day, Part II
Today was Booz Allen Day at Six Flags America and it was a great time! We are all exhausted but it was lots of fun. We got there right when it opened and headed straight for the kiddie rides. We went on a car ride first and Ethan loved it. Next we tried to put him on the train he loved so much last time and he freaked, wouldn't go on it. Whatever. So we moved on to the big truck ride and that was a big hit. After that came lunch and Ethan made a big pig out of himself. Pretty funny. In the afternoon we went to the water park and Paul and Ethan froze their butts off because it was so cold. We were all wearing jackets in the morning but it warmed up in the afternoon somewhat. After the water park we finally got Ethan to go on the train ride and also on a Dumbo-esque ride and a Ferris wheel-type thing. He had a blast. He lasted about 15 minutes in the car on the way home and then zonked the rest of the way. Poor little guy. I'm right there with him- I could go to sleep for the night right now. Anyway, here are some pix of today's adventures. Enjoy!

More random pictures
I was just messing around with the camera this morning and took some cute pictures of Ethan. So of course I decided to share. See Mom? He's not always so serious. : )
Extreme close-up (look at that flawless skin and those gorgeous eyes)
I am worried about the state of affairs in the world today...
This is his first real "pose" when I say smile
Labor Day at Burke Lake Park
We all went to Burke Lake Park for Labor Day yesterday after a friend and I went there a few weeks ago and Ethan fell in love with the miniature train. Apparently everyone else in Northern Virginia had the same idea because it was packed, but we still had a blast. We even got ice cream, so you know it was a successful outing. We were going to go mini golfing but it was too crowded and would have taken a lifetime. Oh well, it was fun anyway. Here are a few pictures of Ethan and his beloved train.
